Andrew Whitehead

Head of Energy & Projects
Andrew is the head of our team and has many years of experience drafting and advising on the GB industry codes and agreements. He has advised the GB system operator on its balancing services contracts since the early 1990s and also looks after the day to day contractual requirements of a number of our energy supplier clients.

Chandni Ruparelia

Legal Director
Chandni deals with a broad range of clean-energy projects work, notably solar, biomass and, more recently, battery storage projects. On the regulatory side, she advises a number of market participants within the electricity sector, including National Grid on its balancing services contracts and an LNG import terminal operator. Before transitioning into an energy lawyer, Chandni practised as a real estate lawyer for a number of years.
