Mr. Ilir Daci is Managing Partner of Optima Legal & Financial law firm. Mr. Daci is a prominent lawyer with broad experience in energy sector, mergers & acquisitions, privatizations, restructuring, having also acted as liquidation expert for various large companies.

With 15 years of professional experience as legal consultant in Albania, Mr. Daci has been extensively involved in many similar project, including project with focus on drafting, assessments and due diligence, funded by agencies such as World Bank, IFC, USAID, GTZ, SNV, Italian Cooperation Office and more. Mr. Daci has a degree in law and is a member of Albanian Bar Association since 2004 and member of International Bar Association. He is also certified mediator since 2007.

Mr. Daci is involved in several legislative reform projects having significantly contributed to the reforms on inspection, energy efficiency, company law, social care, financial reporting and more. Mr. Daci is currently supporting the Albanian Government in a capacity building project for development of the largest gas infrastructure project in the country to date.
