Frank represents the firm’s German and English speaking corporate clients whenever legal assistance is required on issues such as corporate law, commercial law, property law and, generally, civil and administrative law.
He provides assistance in M&A operations in connection to which he advises on a wide range of matters related to the acquisition of corporate interest. Recent engagements in the M&A sector include the acquisition of Italian companies by foreign investors in different industrial sectors (chemical, natural products, system and product certification, energy and real estate).
He advises in energy law from renewable sources in all aspects of Italian law in relation to the development, construction and implementation of energy plants (CCGT and Renewable). However lately most of his engagements in the renewable sector have been related to the acquisition of Solar Power Plants. Most recently he has also been engaged by a German client investing in small size wind projects (up to 1 MW each).
In the Real Estate sector Frank has assisted funds in the purchase of commercial property and private investors in the purchase and/or development and construction of estates. Recent engagements in the Real Estate sector include the incorporation of Real Estate Investment Companies and the assistance in the purchase of real estate through real estate enforcement procedures implemented by Italian Courts.

Frank is a regular speaker at conferences and events on legal matters regarding various aspects of Italian law.
