Marc Bernheim is a renowned expert and your competent partner in the area of insolvency and debt enforcement law.
He heads the „Insolvency Team“ at Staiger Attorneys at Law. Thanks to more than 10 years of experience in energy
law he is also a seasoned advisor in this field. Additional areas of his practice include reorganizations and restructuring,
civil procedure law, arbitration, banking law, real estate transactions as well as national and international anti trust
law. In addition to his partnership at Staiger Attorneys at Law Marc Bernheim is also on various boards of directors
